Group of four very fine detailed hand colored, drypoint English fox hunting scenes from the HERRINGS FOX-HUNTING SCENES series to include THE DEATH by J Harris, BREAKING COVER, FULL CRY and THE MEET. All engraved by John Harris 1867 from the original paintings by John Frederick Herring Sr. Image sight sizes 17" tall x 30.5" wide and paper size 26" tall x 38" wide. All having exceptional colors, details almost appearing as paintings they are so well executed. All under matting although not glue so you could change to your matting to fit your decor.
