A finely detailed water power mill on a country landscape with mountains in the background along a country dirt road. Signed and dated in lower right appears C. U. D. 1917, see photos. Oil painting on board measuring approx 22.5" h x 28.5" w x 3" d including the gilt wood frame its contained in and image sight size approx 18.5" h x 24.5" w. Some light scuffs, overall very good as shown.
