Description
June 10th-11th 1966 "The Quick and the Dead" concert at the Avalon Ballroom San Francisco 2nd run poster by artist Wes Wilson. Concert featuring The Grateful Dead, Quicksilver Messenger Service and the New Tweedy Brothers. Notably, it represents the first time the skeleton motif was used to promote The Grateful Dead predating the famous ‘skeleton and roses’ design by several months. Professionally framed and matted in all black under glass. Measuring approx. 26.5" tall by 20.5" wide. In very good condition with no issues noted, see photos.
