19th c. Brass Melon Top Wrought Iron English Andirons
Description
A fine set of English or Continental Brass Melon Top Andirons , late 18th c. early 19th c. columnar shaft divided by square plinths, surmounted by a melon ball top, the apron in the form of a demilune, tapering at the ends with decorative scroll work and scroll feet. Measuring approx 30" tall. Normal use and wear as shown, see photos for details.
