Lot 237:
1965 Philadelphia Football Card Complete Set
Description
Complete set in an album loaded with stars and HOF’ers. An interesting set because overall it is very nice, but it is not 100% consistent. If 15% of the set was upgraded it would be a consistent NRMT-MINT set with some nicer. There are some stunners in the mix here! There are also a few that hold the overall grade back. PSA considerations for a lot of cards, including checklist #2. Unitas and Brown are EX. Hornung is O/C, Starr is EXMT. Roman Gabriel is MINT. Carl Eller is NRMT-MINT. Charley Taylor is EX. Noticed a few with wax on the back and a couple of damaged cards. The new owner of this set will be very happy. The pictures cannot paint the whole story.
