Description
Luxury Herend Hungary Rothschild pattern porcelain pot de creme with bird final lids. Accented with 24k gilt along rims and mint green handles . Each measures 3.25 in. Ht ( with lid) , and 3.25 in. total width. Up cycle and use as demitasse cappuccino cups as well. Luxury Herend Chinaware, Herend Chocolate custard Chinaware cups. Rothschild pattern was first created in 1860 for the Rothschild family of Europe. The pattern portrays a 19th century tale about Baroness Rothschild, who lost her pearl necklace in her Vienna residence garden. Days later it was found by her gardener, who saw birds playing with it in a tree.
