Signed and dated on lower right as shown appears to be F.E Scott 1920. Depicting cattle on a country landscape near a seaside and contained in ornate gilt and gesso frame. Not examined out of frame as shown with professional paper sealed verso. Measuring approx 27" h x 30" w overall including the frame and 17" h x 21" w image sight size.
