Limited collector’s edition #10207. These glossy tins were distributed to dealers for a few years by Fleer in very limited fashion, The key is the Griffey rookie card as it was plaqued with centering. Maybe his most valuable card in GEM MINT grade. The plastic wrapping from the factory is in place, but is torn on one end. It is not enough to be able to open the tin.
