Quimper Wooden Platter with Butter Trays and Lidded Box
Description
A beautiful wooden painted tray by Quimper measures 11 inches in diameter and features a home scene of two women and a man relaxing. The tray is in good condition with the only noticable issue being where the bordered piece has become split where it was originally used to close. This could likely be easily repaired. Two butter trays with spreading knives come in their original boxes with one set in fantastic condition other than some dirt and the other has a repaired handle on the knife and a chip in the black border of the shell. The boxes themselves are in good condition with no tears and are structurally sound. The final piece is a bright orange trinket box. The box has a vibrant orange base with black and silver used for the flowered ornamentation. Condition is excellent with nothing beyond normal wear. See Photos
