Blue and red Dutch Wind Mill measuring approximately 21 1/2" tall. Patented U.S.A. E.C. Peterson Distributor, Indianapolis Indiana. Mechanism moves up or down depending on which direction the windmill blades move. Loose blades need adjustment, over all good as shown, see photos
