Early to Mid 20th Century picture frame. Double sided and rotates on the vertical axis. Gold gilt and some carved scrolling. Contains a cut-out of a magazine currently. Light scratching and chipping around some edges. Measures 15.5 x 12.5 inches overall, holds a 7 x 9 or 8 x 10 photo. See Photos
