Description
New Bedford, MA, early 20th century; the "Devonshire" shade reverse-painted with red, yellow, and white roses and a hummingbirds. The Devonshire shade is a "semi-puffy" design, meaning it is partially mold-blown to create a three-dimensional, textured surface. It is completely circular in shape, no found signature. The Roman columned metal base marked Pairpoint Mfg.. Co., "p" within a diamond, and numbered E 3056 as shown. Measuring approx 22" h x 14" diameter shade x 8" tall. Good working condition, with light use and wear consistent with age, see photos.
