Size XXL Mitchell & Ness Cooperstown Collection jersey with Gene Bearden sewn in. This was made for Bearden to wear for a reunion and or events he attended. This might be the only one that exists?!?! Gene was an important part of the Indians world series season in 1948. Not only did he win 20 games, lead the league in ERA and finish second in the ROY voting, he won the pivotal playoff game to make it to the World Series – and helped them win the Pennant! Cleveland fans are well versed in his place in history, even for his short time in Cleveland. Jersey does have some soiling.
