Description
Early 20th century French luxury traveler’s trunk by Louis Vuitton Paris. This rare model is constructed from a rich honey tone natural cowhide leather with original removable tray. Featuring heavy, solid brass lock and latches with lock face reading Bte. S.G.D.G.Ê70 Champs-‘Elysees Paris, 149 New Bond Street LONDON and stamped 044275. Inside lid having original tag with serial number 760897. Outside is monogrammed its original elite owner initials F.W.M.Êand multiple travel destination and inspection stickers. Measuring approx. 26" wide by 17" deep by 8 3/4" tall. In age appropriate condition with heavy signs of age and wear, see photos.
